The staff was incredibly caring, especially a night shift worker who checked in on me and made my stay more comfortable. The breakfasts were also enjoyable, offering variety during my time here.

The check-in process was frustrating due to reservation issues, and the cleanliness of the bathroom essentials left much to be desired. Room service missed some basic requests initially. ,

The musty smell from the bathroom was unbearable!!! There’s no ventilation in the bathrooms, making it a suffocating experience!!! A better check on the overall cleanliness before guest arrival would be appreciated!!!
